Our Mission Statement

What do we do?

The Creative Train’s mission is to provide bespoke and unique business training which creatively and engagingly targets the specific communication needs of each group with the ultimate ambition of making work a better place.

How do we do it?

We are committed to delivering training through a series of games and relevant business tasks which encourage lateral thinking. Our exercises are aimed at stimulating both sides of the brain, the right “Creative” brain, responsible for unique problem solving, lateral thinking and original content creation and the left “Critical” aspect of the brain. We introduce the attendees to practical tools and techniques which employ the combination of right and left brain thinking to create potentially transformative new approaches to business issues, whether delivering presentations, sales pitches or an impactful corporate story.
