We were looking for a workshop to introduce our recruiters to Corporate Storytelling, in an effort to improve engagement and interest when attracting talent to our many organisations. As one of the largest technology investors in the world we wanted our recruiters making an impact every time they spoke to potential hires. Creative Train designed a program which specifically met our needs. The training offered concrete tools to enable our people to create and deliver impactful, persuasive stories, just what we wanted! The two day program was rolled out across our companies in six countries and satisfaction ratings were consistently high. Carina and Briana deliver training in a way that is creative and highly interactive, taking people out of their comfort zone but ensuring a safe landing. The content and its delivery pushed our people to think laterally and work more creatively to find solutions. As an added bonus, it provided many opportunities for us as a team to share ideas and get some unique insights into each other’s business operations.
